Any event/initiative will require approval from CEB. The CEB with 2/3rd majority can approve/disapprove of any initiative happening anywhere under the aegis of PYA. Area Heads and Executives will have to take permission from the CEB before launching an initiative through their coordinator. Moreover, the CEB can make amendments in the AGENDA of PYA with 2/3rd majority.
